Comprising of all the same award-winning features of the standard Priam, the new e-Priam comes with revolutionary smart technology that sees you take on the world with a renewed sense of power - literally! This battery-powered e-stroller is the first of its kind from Cybex, and the intelligent, intuitive design allows the e-Priam to adapt to the changing terrains and environments around it, providing you with assistance when you need it the most.

Uphill Support

The new e-Priam works to lighten your load and makes struggling up steep hills a thing of the past. The sensors that are located on the e-Priam's handlebar are able to detect force exerted on the handle, either pushing or pulling, and will activate the motor to help power your ascent uphill when it feels a certain amount of resistance. The battery-powered motor works so well that pushing up an incline will feel no more difficult than walking along a flat pavement, allowing you to conserve your energy and helping you reach your destination faster, even when travelling with a fully loaded pushchair! The e-Priam can assist on inclines up to approximately 14 degrees, similar to that of Lombard Street in San Francisco. 

Uneven Surface Support

Planning a trip to the beach, heading out on a countryside stroll or exploring the cobbled streets of an ancient city? The e-Priam's motor can handle all of these terrains and more, gliding effortlessly over all kinds of uneven surfaces to provide you with a smooth push while allowing little passengers to travel in complete comfort. The e-Priam can even handle snowy paths for those harsh winter months, so should you find yourself having to venture out in frosty conditions you can rely on the e-Priam to get you where you need to go. 

Downhill Support

Similar to the Uphill Support, the e-Priam can also work in reverse, actively slowing your pushchair as you make steep descents when it detects pulling pressure on the handlebar. Whether you're travelling with a newborn baby or a fully-fledged toddler, the e-Priam will help you stay in control of your stroller at all times. 

The e-Priam features a Lithium-ion battery that has a range of roughly 8-45 km (depending on pushchair load and road conditions), and the battery can be charged quickly within just 6 hours. Simply pop it on charge overnight and when you wake up it's ready to go. The LED indicator lights will show you when the e-Priam is at full charge. The two electric engines are almost silent, so as not to wake your sleeping tot as you traverse city streets and countryside roads like a pro. 

The Cybex e-Priam with Rose Gold Chassis and Deep Black seat unit is a stylish pushchair that never compromises on functionality, adapting to your lifestyle and growing with your baby from birth up to 17 kg. The pushchair features a reversible seat unit that can be fully reclined with just one hand in both parent and world-facing positions, and is easily collapsed to either a standing or compact fold which is perfect for travel, restaurants and home storage. The high-chair function seat unit is perfectly positioned to be pulled up to tables in restaurants and coffee shops, allowing you to conveniently include your little one without the need to disturb them or fold away and find a place for your pushchair. 

The seat unit features an ergonomic lie-flat position for newborns, however the e-Priam can also be used with the Lux Carrycot, comfortable Lite Cot or Cybex infant carriers (all sold separately), to provide your especially young little one with extra comfort and privacy. The Lux Carrycot and Lite Cot can be used up until approximately 6 months (9 kg), at which point you can convert to the original seat unit.

The hood of the Priam seat unit features an XXL sun canopy with UPF50+ protection, providing your baby with plenty of shade and respite from the sun during summer months, and sheltering them from wind as the weather turns colder. The Priam also comes with an included raincover to protect them from harsher elements, allowing you to get on with your day come rain or shine.

All returns are processed through the retailer and not the manufacturer; please contact us regarding any after sales issues. We endeavour to offer an impartial returns procedure for the benefit of all parties. To enable us to process your claim as efficiently as possible please follow this procedure, failure to follow this procedure could result in delays in processing your claim or return.
 

In the first instance contact our returns department on 
returns@babyandco.com or write to us with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Name (Person who placed the order)
  • Contact telephone number.
  • Date of Purchase
  • Faulty Item (Product description)
  • Details of Fault (Description of fault)
  • If possible digital photos could also be sent to help identify the problem.

We will then, depending on the issue, either contact you to discuss the matter further or issue you with a returns authorisation number. Please note returns sent back without a returns number may be refused or could result in delays in processing.

If it is felt that the goods need to be returned for inspection you will need to do the following.

  • Box the item ready for collection. It is wise to retain the original packaging for this purpose. Our shipping company will not collect items which are not properly packaged
  • Contact us at returns@babyandco.com to arrange collection. Please book your collection at least 2 days in advance and between Monday – Friday. Collections are usually made during the afternoon via Parcel Force. Please allow at least a 4 hour window when you will be available. If a collection is scheduled and you are not home as arranged you will be charged a £8.00 for the aborted collection
  • Please include your Returns Authorisation Number (RAN), proof of purchase and a description of the fault.

Please note we are unable to offer a loan or replacement product while your return is being inspected or repaired. Proof of purchase must accompany any warranty claim. Most nursery items come with a 6 months guarantee; however some products come with a 12 months guarantee. Check your instruction guide or warranty book for more information. This does not affect your statutory rights. If a fault develops within the guarantee period, we will arrange collection and inspection in our workshop. If the failure is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing fault we will arrange repair, or replacement if the repair in uneconomical.
If the fault is due to fair wear and tear, damage or misuse we will quote for a rectification and you will also be liable for the carriage charges, which are currently £18 per parcel*.
In the event of a dispute as to the cause of the failure the product will be sent to the manufacturer who will establish if the fault is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. 
In the event the manufacturer identifies the fault is due to fair wear and tear, damage or misuse you will be liable for all carriage costs and any repair costs if you wish the product to be repaired.
Our workshop will be happy to quote for any non-warranty repair. All returned product must be carefully packed in cardboard. It is wise to retain original cartons for this purpose. If a collection is scheduled and you are not home as arranged you will be charged £8.00 for the aborted collection.
