Maxi-Cosi Pebble Pro i-Size

The Maxi-Cosi Pebble Pro in Essential Black is the i-size compliant seat that couldn't be easier to use. Part of the 3Way Family, the Pebble Pro is the first step in your newborn's safety. Suitable from birth up to 12 months (76 cm), the Pebble Pro i-Size can be installed using either the FamilyFix2 included in this bundle for a super safe, super convenient Click-and-Go installation, or simply using your vehicle's 3-point seat belt, so it's suitable for all cars.

Travel System Compatible

When out and about, simply unclick the Pebble Pro from the base, or unfasten it you're using belted installation, and attach straight on to your Maxi-Cosi or Quinny pushchair (sold separately) thanks to memory buttons. The Pebble Pro also includes a sun canopy for added protection when out in the elements, come rain, wind or shine. 

Advanced Safety Features

Suitable from birth, the Pebble Pro features an integrated Baby-Hugg inlay, a super-soft insert that keeps even the smallest of passengers snug and secure. The 3-point safety harness can be easily adjusted with the one hand pull system and remains open for easy buckling in, making loading and unloading easy. The impact-absorbing side protection system is provided in the top wings of the seat that surrounds your newborn's head, greatly increasing protection in the event of a side collision. 

Rear Face for Longer

With the use of the FamilyFix2 and the Maxi Cosi Pearl Pro 2 i-Size (sold separately), you can rear face your child for up to 4 years! The FamilyFix2 Base can be used for both the Pebble Pro and the Pearl Pro, saving you money and the hassle of having to buy another base when it's time to level up your seats. 

FamilyFix2

The Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix 2 can be used with the Rock, Pebble Pro, Pearl Smart, Pearl Pro 2 or Tinca i-Size car seats, and is designed using practical Click & Go technology. FamilyFix 2 fits both baby and toddler car seats to enable rearward-facing travel from birth to approximately 4 years. 

Installation 

These days, more and more European cars have the ISOFIX system, so there is a good chance that yours will have it too. Our Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix2 easily attaches to your car’s ISOFIX anchor points. Make sure you follow the steps in our user manual for it to be correctly installed into your car.

The FamilyFix 2 base uses the ISOFIX system that over recent years has been adopted by more and more European cars, meaning that it's likely that this base is ideal for your car too. Once you have ensured your car has the ISOFIX system then the Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix base can be easily attached to your car's ISOFIX anchor points. For correct installation ensure you follow the steps in the user manual or call us up to book an in-store fitting with one of our car seat specialists. 

Once installed the FamilyFix 2 can remain in your car so that getting in and out with your little one is easier the ever. You can simply click the car seat into the base, and check the visual indicators to have peace of mind that your Maxi-Cosi car seat is correctly secured.

Safety

ISOFIX bases are considered the highest level of modern base safety to go along with i-Size compliant car seats. Easy to install and easy to check, the FamilyFix 2 enables safety for your little one from birth all the way up to approx. 4 years.

The FamilyFix 2 allows you to install your toddler car seat in rear-facing position for greater protection for your child's head and neck, as recommended by experts in baby and toddler car safety. 

It is important to note that if you have under-floor storage in your vehicle, you will need to buy an under-floor storage filler, as the support leg will be compromised when placed on a hollow surface.

All returns are processed through the retailer and not the manufacturer; please contact us regarding any after sales issues. We endeavour to offer an impartial returns procedure for the benefit of all parties. To enable us to process your claim as efficiently as possible please follow this procedure, failure to follow this procedure could result in delays in processing your claim or return.
 

In the first instance contact our returns department on 
returns@babyandco.com or write to us with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Name (Person who placed the order)
  • Contact telephone number.
  • Date of Purchase
  • Faulty Item (Product description)
  • Details of Fault (Description of fault)
  • If possible digital photos could also be sent to help identify the problem.

We will then, depending on the issue, either contact you to discuss the matter further or issue you with a returns authorisation number. Please note returns sent back without a returns number may be refused or could result in delays in processing.

If it is felt that the goods need to be returned for inspection you will need to do the following.

  • Box the item ready for collection. It is wise to retain the original packaging for this purpose. Our shipping company will not collect items which are not properly packaged
  • Contact us at returns@babyandco.com to arrange collection. Please book your collection at least 2 days in advance and between Monday – Friday. Collections are usually made during the afternoon via Parcel Force. Please allow at least a 4 hour window when you will be available. If a collection is scheduled and you are not home as arranged you will be charged a £8.00 for the aborted collection
  • Please include your Returns Authorisation Number (RAN), proof of purchase and a description of the fault.

Please note we are unable to offer a loan or replacement product while your return is being inspected or repaired. Proof of purchase must accompany any warranty claim. Most nursery items come with a 6 months guarantee; however some products come with a 12 months guarantee. Check your instruction guide or warranty book for more information. This does not affect your statutory rights. If a fault develops within the guarantee period, we will arrange collection and inspection in our workshop. If the failure is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing fault we will arrange repair, or replacement if the repair in uneconomical.
If the fault is due to fair wear and tear, damage or misuse we will quote for a rectification and you will also be liable for the carriage charges, which are currently £18 per parcel*.
In the event of a dispute as to the cause of the failure the product will be sent to the manufacturer who will establish if the fault is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. 
In the event the manufacturer identifies the fault is due to fair wear and tear, damage or misuse you will be liable for all carriage costs and any repair costs if you wish the product to be repaired.
Our workshop will be happy to quote for any non-warranty repair. All returned product must be carefully packed in cardboard. It is wise to retain original cartons for this purpose. If a collection is scheduled and you are not home as arranged you will be charged £8.00 for the aborted collection.
