Our free "Click & Collect" option is a convenient and simple way to order online. During the checkout process you now have the option to select "collect in store". This allows you to collect the item at your convenience and not have to wait in for your delivery.

Is Click & Collect Available On All Items?

Sorry, not all items are available on click and collect.  Click and collect is a free service and available on any products marked as "available for immediate dispatch"  Please note this if the items is marked with a lead-time or furniture then collection in store will not be possible.  If you have selected collect in store in error we will contact you to discuss your shipping options.

When Can I Collect My Order?

When you place your order please allow at least 24 hours before you come to collect your order as the item may need to be transferred from external warehousing.

What Proof Of Purchase Do I Need To Bring With Me?

For security purposes you will need to bring with you the following pieces of information and I.D.

  • Copy of your order confirmation
  • Proof of address
  • Photographic I.D (drivers licence or passport)
  • The card you used to pay or your PayPal I.D.

You will be asked to sign for the goods that you are taking and then your items will be marked as dispatched in your babyandco.com account.
