A cotbed, a dresser changer and a wardrobe cover most of what a nursery needs, and the Walton set brings all three together in one clean, matching range. Designed by Mamas & Papas to be used well beyond the baby years, it moves from a cot to a toddler bed, from a changing station to an everyday dresser, and from a first set of tiny clothes to a proper wardrobe. The result is furniture that earns its place in the room for a long time.
Mamas & Papas Walton Cotbed: Built for Birth to Four Years
The Walton cotbed is suitable from birth to around 18 months in cot mode, then converts into a toddler bed for children from around 18 months up to 4 years. Three adjustable base heights keep your baby safe as they grow bigger and more mobile, so you can lower the base as they start pulling themselves up. A teething rail is included, which protects your baby's gums and helps prevent damage to the cotbed. In cot mode it measures 143.7 x 77.2 x 96cm, and it is designed for use with any Mamas & Papas cotbed mattress measuring 140 x 70 x 10cm.
A Dresser Changer That Keeps Working After the Nappy Years
The Walton dresser changer gives you a dedicated changing station for the first year, suitable from birth to 11kg, which is around 12 months. Any Mamas & Papas changing mat sits within the retaining rails, and three deep drawers underneath hold your baby's essentials close to hand. When changing days are over, the top simply comes off and the dresser carries on as a smart piece of bedroom furniture. With the changer rails fitted it measures 89.2 x 57.2 x 94.3cm, and without them it measures 84.6 x 55 x 86.7cm.
Hanging Space That Lasts Well Beyond the Early Years
The Walton wardrobe is a full sized piece rather than a small nursery one, so it has room to keep working as your child grows. Inside, you will find full sized hanging space with two adjustable rails, which you can set to suit short baby clothes now and longer outfits later. A large, full sized drawer adds handy extra storage for folded clothes, blankets or spare bedding. It stands 182cm tall and measures 84.5 x 55.5cm across the base, so it is worth checking your wall space before ordering.
Timeless Style, Designed and Tested In-House
Clean lines, modern shaker detail and a neutral finish give the set a classic, understated look that suits both traditional and modern nurseries. It works equally well with soft pastels or bolder colours, so you can change the room around the furniture as your child's tastes develop. Mamas & Papas designs and tests its furniture in-house, which is why practical extras such as the teething rail and adjustable base heights come as standard. The cotbed is made from pine and engineered wood, the dresser changer from engineered wood, and the wardrobe from pine and engineered wood.
One Set, Three Pieces, Matching From the Start
Because all three pieces share the same design, they look right together from the first day. Choosing them as a set also takes the guesswork out of putting a nursery together, and it means your furniture can stay in the room as your child moves from baby to toddler and beyond. Each piece has been built to adapt, so a single purchase covers several stages of your child's early life.
