From the 1st June* we will be offering in-store consultations in 1 hour time slots. This will allow us to manage the space within the store and follow Government guidelines for non-essential retail.
We have allocated two demonstration areas; one at the front of the store and one at the rear to safely allow demonstrations to two sets of customers. Each set of customers will have one member of staff allocated to them for the duration of their appointment. If you have any COVID-19 symptoms please do not book an appointment, or cancel if you have previously booked.
To ensure the safety of both customers and staff we have setprocedures that must be followed, please take a moment to read through the guidelines:
Shopping by appointment (please arrive on time, time slots will be strictly adhered to)
Appointment for 2 adults only. (Can include one child)
Follow signed walkways in store
Observe social distancing
Stay within your designated demonstration area. We will bring the product to you.
No in-car fitting service (we will check for approval and demonstrate on in store demo rigs)
No public toilets
One entrance with separate exit
Hand sanitiser will be available on entry and exit points
PPE will be worn by staff during your appointment
PPE (masks and gloves) will be available for customers although you may bring your own
Once the appointment is finished all display items will be sanitised
